Vivo T4x 5G mobile was launched on 5th March 2025. The phone comes with a 120 Hz refresh rate 6.72-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1080x2408 pixels (FHD+) at a pixel density of 393 pixels per inch (ppi). Vivo T4x 5G is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor. It comes with 6GB, 8GB of RAM. The Vivo T4x 5G runs Android 15 and is powered by a 6500mAh non-removable battery. The Vivo T4x 5G supports 44W Flash Charge fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo T4x 5G on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera, and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring an 8-megapixel sensor with an f/2.05 aperture.

The Vivo T4x 5G runs FuntouchOS 15 is based on Android 15 and packs 128GB, 256GB of inbuilt storage. The Vivo T4x 5G is a dual-SIM mobile. The Vivo T4x 5G measures 165.70 x 76.30 x 8.09mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 204.00 grams. It was launched in Marine Blue and Pronto Purple colours. It features an IP64 rating for dust and water protection.

Connectivity options on the Vivo T4x 5G include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v5.40, USB OTG, and USB Type-C with active 4G on both SIM cards. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and fingerprint sensor.
