Working more than expected for a big hall.

In contrast to the reviews above, my rating is 5 stars for this product. The delivery was done in 2 days flat, and installation was done next day after delivery.I use it for 3-4 hours everyday and around 7 hours over weekend. The cooling is excellent and quick. It cools within 5 mins considering I have put this in my living room which is quite big. It is at par with copper condenser ACs.Product is highly recommended.

Excellent AC great cooling. Air throw volume is amazing.Excellent swing capability. Almost noiseless.Delivery and installation done on the same day.30feet x 15feet room size. Cools it in about 25 minutes.

Just received this aircon on 29th April and was installed on 30th April. Have been using it for few days now but the air cooling quality is just not enough as per the capacity 2 ton. I have two separate 2 ton aircons installed in my chamber (One being LLoyd which is a year old & other being this one) and the lloyd AC is giving cooler air than voltas. Voltas technician did visit promptly to check on the issue today but as per them cooling is ok as they checked gas and compared some parameters between the indoor and outdoor unit. If all is ok with the unit then then this model is not up to the mark and is an under performer as compared to regular 2 ton pcs.

In time delivery and installation. Keep up the good service. That's where the good story ended. After 8 days of use the brand new AC stopped working. Numerous calls to voltas and service partners have yielded no results. At least 3 different technicians have visited. They all spend 4 to 5 hours trying repair it and then finally give and go away with the promise of coming back. Registered the complaint on 22nd may 8 days to 10 days after installation and till today 31st May nothing has happened. In the peak of this heat we are sitting without an Working AC. The TATA brand down the drain worth only hopeless promises. Never ever to buy a TATA product. I though only there cars were bad but turns out to be everything the sell is below quality and even beyond that the service to a troubled customer is worst than there product. So if you really want to put your money down the drain VOLTAS is the company to buy products from.

very poor service...wrong updating

Ac worked for 10 secs...and stopped working after installation.Pcb needs to be changed.Request others not to buy voltas.it seems many people have the same problemTATA brand is all eye wash, they still continue to sell defective products in the market.

something seriously wrong with Voltas service. Bought this ac in Gurgaon, was delivered before scheduled delivery date, no issues till then. However, installation is a mess...agency seems to be least bothered. They send roadside casual labour to do installation - no technician. Serious risk of damage to machine. Have no clue if and when they will complete the work. Voltas customer care seems to have outsourced everything to small time local agencies without adequate checks and controls.

Me also same problem. defective peace recieved.after installing just on for few seconds. installation guy said PCB need to change.very irritating .wasting valuable time.

Defective piece delivered. Voltas fitting guys told after fitting that internal pcb is faulty. Now i have to get it uninstalled and pack and ship back. Waste of day

Very bad customer service from Voltas customer care. Would not come for installation also.

Its star sticker says cooling capacity 6200w which converts to approx 1.8 ton not 2 ton. For 2 ton ac cooling capacity in watts is 7033w
