AC is working good, no noise level (only air sound). same ac is available at higher price in market. overall quality is good and met the expectation.

Flipkart delivered it in less than 24 hours, great job. Good quality ODU unit, remote is also very good (almost amongst all brands). IDU looks a bit cheap and made in PRC but all other brands are not different either. Their customer care center is good but their service center people are not supportive. Overall a good buy.

Installation is not so expensive courtesy Flipkart. Bluestar provides all the necessary copper wires and power cable in the kit. It is bit noisy but that is tolerable

I received the AC the very next day of ordering. Great job Flipkart. But my ordeal starts from there. Blue star outsources their installation and servicing to some ESA Cooling. These people are the least professional service providers. I got a call that a technician will come and install the AC on the next day but the guy never showed up. On calling their number they say your phone was unreachable( I received calls from a lot of people that day nothing wrong with my phone) so they will send some one next day. Later during the day on calling again they say that the guy is still working somewhere and since its already dark they will come the next day. So its 4 days and the AC is still in its box. Finally on the fifth day the guy shows up, at his convenience( i had to run home from the office to make sure i am there), installs the AC and leaves. After that i realize that the outdoor unit does not turn off when i use the remote to switch off the AC, i have to manually switch off the main. I call the guy immediately and he assures me that it will be rectified the next day. Two days go by following up but no one shows up. I finally have to call the blue star call center where they ask me to take it up with the SELLER. Why would i call the seller if the installation guy messed up and there is nothing wrong with the unit. Terrible service on part of blue star.

Not satisfied.. Bluestar is no more a great brand in AC's .. Taking more than 30 minutes to get the room cool..

The two stars are only for the swift delivery. Installation took about 4 hours. And then we found that the outdoor unit doesn't shut off when the ac is switched of with a remote- the mains have to be shut off. When the installation guy tried to fix it, there were flashes from the internal board and apparently the device got short circuited. What's more now even the line is not working. I saw another review where the user seemed to have the same problem. I think there's some sort of serious defect for this model.

The out door unit does not shut down even though the indoor unit is switched off by remote. Did not notice this during installation. Now tried to call the person who installed and they say its not their work.. One star for prompt delivery by flipkart.

Water leakage from the indoor part of the ac after 30 minutes of running.I have faced this problem from the starting day of installation.
