Not the fastest but a good little computer. Using three of them in an office environment with no issues.

We purchased this laptop for basic use like browsing the internet, email and viewing Youtube videos. The speed is good and the speakers are nice and loud. It has a DVD player and built in camera, which we haven't used. We took the battery pack off and use the power cord since we don't carry it around, so cannot speak on that. We also purchased another for a college student. So far, so good.

Probably one of the best buys I've ever had. For $250, I stole this laptop. It's everything I needed and more. I'm serious, I'm stunned I bought such a good laptop for the amount I paid. It looks brand new. Who ever the seller was, they did a great job on this laptop. I use it to search the web, pay bills, watch YouTube and anything else I need for personal use. If that's what your looking for, you'd be a fool not to buy this from the seller I choose. Just a great inexpensive laptop that will do a great job... AND no, I don't work for anyone dealing w/ this laptop..lol

I've had the laptop three weeks now and I am really pleased with how well it performs. Very fast and handles anything I want. Highly recommend the seller for fast shipping and customer satisfaction.

For the low price I think this laptop is adequate. The smaller screen is sometimes annoying, but adequate. I am still getting used to it, but overall I believe it is good quality for little investment.

Was purchased for my son and he seems very pleased with it. Very easy to set up and seems to do what he wants to do such as Skyping friends, playing games, etc. I'm sure it will come in handy for high school homework eventually!

Bought this for my son who is starting college, no problems with it at all.

Great basic laptop, affordable price, easy set up. Only downfall operating system runs a little slow.

I did NOT receive the instruction manual which contains my computer number allowing get me access to Microsoft programs.

It came with a software problem, It didn't load anything!!!

We have had this laptop for about 1 year now and here are our impressions:The good:-Excellent price point-Touch Screen-Does most things wellThe bad:-Memory is inadequate for more intensive applications like Dragon Naturally Speaking (we upgraded the memory)-The power input slot tends to break due to the power cord coming straight out of the chassis when plugged in. as a result it tends to catch on things easily (that's our ours broke)Keyboard is not backlit making it difficult to use in lower light conditions

Good touch but very very slow, not good for my job.

The Mouse is very difficult to get use to both my wife and I have similar models with the same issue ... won't be buying another Dell if it not changed .

There is something about the keyboard that cause me to make typos too many times. I hit the space bar, but no space will happen. I do not know why for this does not happen on my other computers. The touch pad is too sensitive. Using the programs features to make it less so did not work. Had to disable it completely. Laptop tended to overheat, so I had to by a Mobility Laptop Cooling Pad to correct that problem. Another thing, the number lock key disengages without cause or warning so when I use the number key pad, it does not work until I push the number lock key again.
