Delivered next day and installation also same after received it the installation guys come within the 1 hour.And the performance of the AC is Very Very Excellent.Packing awesome.In this unit 10feet pipes include in the outdoor unit pack and 10 feet wire from indoor to outdoor and indoor attached power supply wire aproxx 6feet.

Pros: Cooling is excellent. Very low noise and power consumption.Cons: Smells bad for few minutes when started. Customer service is very unsatisfactory in my city (Jodhpur).

Really very good product with reasonable prise

Really happy with this product . Got it timely delivered but the Onida technicians think they have horns . I haven't received a response even after 5 days of the delivery . Later I took the help with the local technicians and got it fixed. Coming to the performance , I have already decided the place to fix at A point and not B point as the B point is convenient for the technicians but had mild doubt if the chillness reaches us . However they came I was at work and told that fixing at B Point will be best it requires less accessories and he also assured of the chillness .Early I was not happy the way AC was performing as it was not hitting directly at my bed due to B point fixing . But the next day I started getting the exact chillness what I was expecting . Believe me guys I never keep the AC on 16 and only on 25 degrees Auto mode and the Bedroom is also more than 120 Sq FT but the chillness is amazing .Advantages :Very Silent . Sometimes I used to get up how come the room is chill with the AC being Off, but it will be running . Sheer silent .Its written that it doesn't required Stabilizer . However i had one and fixed it .Please go for the local Installation guys who also have the same expertise. Going with branded technicians charges GST . I paid 400 as GST itself.

Product Is Good But Installation Person Not Reach At Time..Its Better Installation Have Done For Other Person

This ac is very silent not only indoor also outdoor is silent.Near my out door there are few other outdoors of mitsubishi,Lg and kenstar all are making too much noise and onida's outdoor is super silent. Cooling is very good and chills room in 7-8 mins.Worth buying.The only thing is onida guys are not coming on time u need to raise request to amazon thats it.In short after delivery 2-3 days atleast for installation.

Product is good. Inverter ACs are more energy efficient and this price is around the lowest in the entire industry. It looks stylist as well. And from a good brand.Reading other reviews of this product and other products, I feel installation delays are from all brands. As they are not able to keep up with their demand. Found this in offline sales too, delayed installations. Some dealers dont even have stock, like LG brand shops.If one has to buy an AC, will have to bear some pain i guess.

Bought for Rs 26490. Installation done by Onida service person for Rs 2100 on the same day of delivery. As of now it is good.

Had purchased this coz it appeared value for money. Well it is good. Even installation was also smooth. Only prob is indian companies like onida, videocon dont have proper service centres like foreign companies. So will have to struggle to certain extent for maintainance. Using this since 2 years

Totally satisfied with the product.using this for nearly one year now..Initially the installation guy didn't do his work properly,so I called him again and redid the installation work properly.Operation wise,the ac is good,cools my room(15*20*20) feet in 15-20 mins.Only problem I have I with the remote display doesn't have led,can't see in night.And please buy an stabilizer.Average 10-15 hours use per day costs me around 500-700 rupees current bill

product is good but there is no servicing facilitymention in chat. Not know when to make serviceing.Any suggestion .just installed AC.

Cooling is very good. But bad smell emits every time when AC is switched on.

Very nice deal, thanks to the seller for competitive price. But Onida customer care is too pathetic, raised 5 complaints about remote not working even after 10 days no response.

Have made a mistake of buying Onida AC. In last two years it worked only for few days. Onida has worst customer service and their service guys have no clue about its products. Even if you complain hundred times even after an year they have standard response - wait some more time some one will attend. No one has any clue what is happening in the entire system. Their customer- care emails bounce. They have no escalation mechanisms. Better to stay away.

A/C Installation is not done yet, ONIDA customer support is very poor, particularly in Chennai.I need to call repeatedly for installation and there is no toll free number for customer care. for each call we need to wait more than 10 minutes to speak with customer care agent and customer care agents are not ready to understand customercare problem.Better to go for different brand who is providing good after sales support.
