Poco F8 Ultra is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. It comes with 12GB of RAM. The Poco F8 Ultra runs Android 16 and is powered by a 6500mAh non-removable battery. The Poco F8 Ultra supports wireless charging, as well as 100W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Poco F8 Ultra on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.67) primary camera; a 50-megapixel (f/3.0, telephoto) camera, and a 50-megapixel (f/2.4, ultra wide-angle) camera. The Poco F8 Ultra measures 163.33 x 77.82 x 8.20mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 220.00 grams. It was launched in Black and Denim Blue colours. It features an IP68 rating for dust and water protection.

Connectivity options on the Poco F8 Ultra include Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth v6.00, NFC, Infrared, USB OTG, and USB Type-C with active 4G on both SIM cards. Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor.
