Realme P3x 5G mobile was launched on 18th February 2025. The phone comes with a 60 Hz refresh rate 6.70-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1080x2400 pixels. Realme P3x 5G is powered by a 2.5 MHz octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6400 processor that features 2 cores clocked at 2.5 MHz and 6 cores clocked at 2 MHz. It comes with 6GB, 8GB of RAM. The Realme P3x 5G runs Android 15 and is powered by a 6000mAh non-removable battery. The Realme P3x 5G supports 45W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Realme P3x 5G on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera, and a 2-megapixel camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring an 8-megapixel sensor.

The Realme P3x 5G runs Realme UI 6.0 is based on Android 15 and packs 128GB of inbuilt storage that can be expanded via microSD card (up to 2048GB). The Realme P3x 5G is a dual-SIM (GSM and GSM) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The Realme P3x 5G measures 165.70 x 76.22 x 7.94mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 197.00 grams. It was launched in Lunar Silver, Midnight Blue, and Stellar Pink colours. It features an IP69 rating for dust and water protection.
