Samsung is bolstering its A-series lineup with brand new models, starting with the Galaxy A71 and Galaxy A51, which it announced earlier this month. The Galaxy A51 has already been launched in India at a starting price of Rs. 23,999. This new smartphone brings some iterative updates to the current Galaxy A50s (Review) in order to keep the series fresh and relevant.
Samsung Galaxy A51 Summary
The Samsung Galaxy A51 is one of the first budget phones to sport Samsung's flagship-grade Infinity-O display cutout. It's a light phone and easy to handle too. It features a Super AMOLED panel for bright and punchy colours.
The phone is powered by the Exynos 9611 octa-core SoC, which is a little dated and not too powerful for a mid-range phone in 2020. You do get One UI 2.0, based on Android 10, along with some India-specific features such as the ability to organise your SMS messages in the form of visual cards, multilingual predictive typing, and Smart Crop, which claims to detect the most relevant part of a screenshot and lets you crop it with a single tap.
Overall performance is decent but could be better, had Samsung used a more powerful chip. This is also one of the first Samsung phones to have a dedicated macro camera. We found the image quality to be good. Low light image quality was a little dissapointing and so was the quality of the front camera in less than ideal light. The 4,000mAh battery offers a decent day-long battery life and there's 15W fast charging too.

SAMSUNG A51Rajeshwara Rao (Jul 8, 2020) on Gadgets 360 RecommendsI have been using SAMSUNG products nearly for 12-14 years and above. None of them gave any issues. Brought Samsung A51 this phone on 07th of July 2020 near my residence in 6 equity monthly installment scheme. Few of the application was outdated and post switching on, I had to updated to the latest version. Saw the configuration and seems to be very interesting. Samsung A51Javaid Zaman (Jul 27, 2021) on Gadgets 360 RecommendsI purchased it few Months before, this is a beautiful light weight compact cell phone which will not disappoint you.It performs its functions smoothly and crisply, Only thing which I didn't liked is its fingerprint sensor, its response is little bit delayed, but that is not any big issue... Camera is fine 9 0ut of 10..and ya if u are looking for some great pictures it won't disappoint you.... but still if u are not satisfied then go for DSLR.... I hope u got my point... if u are searching to get a cell phone... Go and get it...Is this review helpful?

Worst phone everAkshay Thakare (Apr 15, 2021) on Gadgets 360The phone is worst i swear.. first and foremost problem is that it doesn't catch network at all. Where other phones show full network this poor phone hardly shows 1 or max 2 signals. Internet is very sow no matter which plan or sim u use... Tried 2-3 sim cards. Mobile camera is worst. Overall a very disappointing experience... NOT AT ALL SATISFIED. WONT RECOMMENDIs this review helpful?
