Vivo T4 Lite 5G mobile was launched on 24th June 2025. The phone comes with a 90 Hz refresh rate 6.74-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 720x1600 pixels (HD+). Vivo T4 Lite 5G is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor. It comes with 4GB, 6GB, 8GB of RAM. The Vivo T4 Lite 5G runs Android 15 and is powered by a 6000mAh non-removable battery.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo T4 Lite 5G on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera, and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 5-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 aperture.
