Vivo V50e is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7300 processor. It comes with 8GB of RAM. The Vivo V50e runs Android 15 and is powered by a 5600mAh non-removable battery. The Vivo V50e supports 90W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo V50e on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.79) primary camera, and an 8-megapixel (f/2.2, ultra wide-angle) camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 50-megapixel sensor with an f/2.0 aperture.

The Vivo V50e runs FuntouchOS 15 is based on Android 15 and packs 128GB, 256GB of inbuilt storage. The Vivo V50e is a dual-SIM mobile.
