OPPO Reno 16 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor. It comes with 8GB, 12GB of RAM. The OPPO Reno 16 runs Android 16 and is powered by a 6,700mAh non-removable battery. The OPPO Reno 16 supports 80W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the OPPO Reno 16 on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera; a 50-megapixel (f/2.0) camera, and a 50-megapixel (f/2.8) camera.
