Vivo X500 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9600 processor. It comes with 12GB of RAM. The Vivo X500 runs Android 17 and is powered by a 7500mAh battery. The Vivo X500 supports wireless charging, as well as 90W Fast Charging fast charging.
