OPPO Find X9s mobile was launched on 21st April 2026. The phone comes with a 120 Hz refresh rate 6.59-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1,256x2,760 pixels (FHD+) at a pixel density of 460 pixels per inch (ppi). OPPO Find X9s is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9500s processor. It comes with 12GB of RAM. The OPPO Find X9s runs Android 16 and is powered by a 7,025mAh non-removable battery. The OPPO Find X9s supports 80W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the OPPO Find X9s on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50-Ultrapixel (f/1.8) primary camera; a 50-megapixel (f/2.0) camera, and a 50-megapixel (f/2.6) camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 32-Ultrapixel sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. The front camera also features autofocus.

The OPPO Find X9s runs ColorOS 16 is based on Android 16 and packs 256GB of inbuilt storage. The OPPO Find X9s is a dual-SIM (GSM + CDMA and GSM + CDMA) mobile that accepts Nano-SIM and Nano-SIM cards. The OPPO Find X9s measures 156.98 x 73.93 x 7.99mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 202.00 grams. It was launched in Lavender Sky, Midnight Grey, and and Sunset Orange colours. It features an IP69 rating for dust and water protection.

Sensors on the phone include accelerometer, ambient light sensor, compass/ magnetometer, gyroscope, proximity sensor, temperature sensor, and in-display fingerprint sensor.
