Realme P4 Lite is powered by an octa-core Unisoc T7250 processor. It comes with 4GB of RAM. The Realme P4 Lite runs Android 15 and is powered by a 6300mAh non-removable battery. The Realme P4 Lite supports 15W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Realme P4 Lite on the rear packs a 13-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 5-megapixel sensor.
