The Vivo S50 runs Android 16 and is powered by a 6,500mAh non-removable battery. The Vivo S50 supports 90W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the Vivo S50 on the rear packs a triple camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.57) primary camera, and a 50-megapixel (f/2.65) camera. It sports a 50-megapixel camera on the front for selfies with an f/2.0 aperture.

The Vivo S50 runs OriginOS 6 is based on Android 16 and packs 256GB of inbuilt storage. The Vivo S50 measures 157.52 x 74.33 x 7.59mm (height x width x thickness) and weighs 197.00 grams. It was launched in Confession, Yoyo Blue, Inspiration Purple, and and Deep Space Black (translated from Chinese) colours.

Connectivity options on the Vivo S50 include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v5.40, NFC, and USB Type-C. Sensors on the phone include fingerprint sensor.
