The phone comes with a 90 Hz refresh rate 6.38-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 2400x1080 pixels (FHD+). iQOO Z7s 5G is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor. It comes with 6GB, 8GB of RAM. The iQOO Z7s 5G runs Android 13 and is powered by a 4500mAh non-removable battery. The iQOO Z7s 5G supports 44W Flash Charge fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the iQOO Z7s 5G on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 64-megapixel primary camera, and a 2-megapixel camera. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 16-megapixel sensor.

It was launched in Norway Blue and Pacific Night colours.
