Microsoft introduced a limited-edition Xbox Series X console and controller to mark 25 years of the brand in June. The 25th anniversary Xbox console and controller are set to launch in select markets sometime in November. Microsoft is yet to announce the pricing and release dates for the devices, but according to a new report, the limited-edition Xbox console will be priced at EUR 899.99 in Europe.

Xbox Series X25 Console Price Tipped

The information comes from reliable leaker Billbil-kun, who claimed in a new Delabs report Friday that the Xbox Series X25 limited edition console will cost EUR 899.99. The console's price is estimated to be $899.99 in the US.

Additionally, as per the tipster, the 25th anniversary Xbox console will launch on November 27, 2027. However, there's no information yet on the opening date for pre-orders.

The reported price of the limited-edition console, which comes with a disc drive, is EUR 100 more than the price of the 1TB Xbox Series X disc edition console in Europe. The standard console costs EUR 799.99 after a price hike that went live earlier this month.

Earlier this week, the leaker also revealed the price of X25 special edition Xbox wireless controller. The controller will reportedly cost EUR 79.99 / GBP 74.99 / $79.99 / CAD 99.99. The tipster claimed the X25 special edition controller will launch on October 20, with pre-orders going live at Gamescom 2026 on August 26.

According to the leaker, Microsoft will reveal pricing and release date details for the limited-edition gamepad at the annual games expo in Cologne, Germany. The company could also officially reveal pricing and release date for the Xbox Series X25 console at the event. The Xbox parent will be at Gamescom 2026, presenting new looks for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4, Gears of War: E-Day, Minecraft Dungeons 2, Fable, and more.

The limited-edition console and controller were announced at Xbox Games Showcase in June to celebrate 25 years of Xbox. Both devices feature a translucent green design inspired by the look and feel of the original Xbox console. The Xbox Series X25 console comes with 1TB of storage and a disc drive.

The console and controller will be available together in select markets as a limited-edition collection in November. The X25 special edition controller will also be sold separately.
