OnePlus N6x is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6360 Max processor. It comes with 4GB, 6GB of RAM. The OnePlus N6x runs Android 16 and is powered by a 7000mAh non-removable battery. The OnePlus N6x supports 15W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the OnePlus N6x on the rear packs a 13-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 5-megapixel sensor with an f/2.2 aperture.
