Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 series was launched on Wednesday as the company's latest flagship true wireless stereo (TWS) headsets. Unveiled during the Galaxy Unpacked 2026 event, the Galaxy Buds 4 series was unveiled alongside the flagship Galaxy S26 series. The lineup includes the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro and the standard Galaxy Buds 4 models. The new TWS headsets will be available for purchase in select global markets soon. While the Pro model will be offered in three colourways, the standard variant will go on sale in two colourways. The new Galaxy Buds 4 series supports head gestures and features redesigned earbuds and a new charging case.
Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 price in India is set at Rs. 16,999. On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 Pro are priced at Rs. 22,999. The new TWS from the South Korean tech giant will be available for purchase in the country via Amazon and the Samsung India online store. While the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro are offered in Black, Pink Gold, and White colour options, the standard Galaxy Buds 4 will go on sale in Black and White colourways.
Meanwhile, in the US, the Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 Pro is priced at $249 (about Rs. 23,000). On the other hand, the Galaxy Buds 4 cost $179 (roughly Rs. 16,000).
The Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 Pro and Galaxy Buds 4 support head gestures, which allow users to nod their heads to accept a call and respond affirmatively to Bixby requests or shake their heads to hang up an incoming call and deny Bixby requests. The company claims that the TWS offers enhanced two-way speakers. The Galaxy Buds 4 series is equipped with a six-microphone setup. Both support adaptive ANC and EQ.
Samsung's Pro model also features siren detection, 360-audio support, and conversation detection. However, the standard variant skips conversation and siren detection. In terms of audio codec, both support AAC, SBC, SSC (Samsung Seamless Codec), SSC-UHQ, and LC3. For connectivity, the Galaxy Buds 4 and Galaxy Buds 4 Pro support Bluetooth 6.1. They also feature auto switch and multi-point connectivity, allowing users to switch between devices.
The company claims that the Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 Pro will provide up to seven hours of audio playback with ANC off and up to 30 hours of audio playback with the charging case (ANC off). The TWS packs a 61mAh battery, while the charging case features a 530mAh battery. The TWS measures 30.9 x 18.1 x 19.6mm, while each bud weighs about 5.1g. It ships with an IP57 dust and water resistance rating.
On the other hand, the Galaxy Buds 4 are claimed to offer up to six hours of battery life with ANC off and up to 30 hours of audio playback with the charging case (ANC off). It is backed by a 45mAh battery, while the charging case gets a 515mAh cell. It is IP54-rated for dust and splash resistance. The TWS measures 30.5 x 18.3 x 19.3mm, and each bud weighs about 4.6g.
