The phone comes with a 120 Hz refresh rate 6.50-inch touchscreen display offering a resolution of 1080x2372 pixels at a pixel density of 397 pixels per inch (ppi). OPPO F31 5G is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor. It comes with 8GB of RAM. The OPPO F31 5G runs Android 15 and is powered by a 7000mAh non-removable battery. The OPPO F31 5G supports 80W Fast Charging fast charging.

As far as the cameras are concerned, the OPPO F31 5G on the rear packs a dual camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel (f/1.8) primary camera, and a 2-megapixel (f/2.4) camera. The rear camera setup has autofocus. It has a single front camera setup for selfies, featuring a 16-megapixel sensor with an f/2.4 aperture.
