The Apple iPad Pro with the M5 chip features a 10-core GPU and a 16-core Neural Engine, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 2TB of storage. While the 256GB and 512GB storage variants carry a 9-core CPU with three performance cores, the 1TB and 2TB models feature a 10-core CPU with four performance cores.

Apple says that it offers up to 1.5 times faster 3D rendering with ray tracing in Octane X and up to 1.2 times faster video transcode performance in Final Cut Pro than its predecessor with the M4 processor.

However, the Cupertino tech giant says that users will need to use Apple's ‘70W USB-C Power Adapter' to take advantage of the faster charging speeds.
